Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a highly motivated individual with great communication and managerial skills to lead our diverse sales team in the Marion and surrounding area. An ideal applicant will have a successful proven track record of sales & leadership.

The applicant will direct and promote the sales trade execution and distribution of Pepsi MidAmerica products throughout a limited geographical territory, to the fullest extent. They will direct and manage all sales and distribution activities within the Division to maximize company profits while providing for acceptable market share. This activity includes, but is not limited to:

. Develop close relationships with buyers, special accounts, vendors, and associations.
. Increase sales and create new consumers for the company products.
. Training and developing qualified personnel.
. Maintain a close relationship with subordinates through daily activities and reports.

Candidates are required to have a strong background in Sales and Managing employees. Individuals who are selected will work with clients at the Executive level. No relocation will be required, prefer candidates with ties to southern Illinois and offer a $100,000 compensation package!!
